D.B. Russell (Ted Danson)

Catherine Willows (Marg Helgenberger)
Catherine Willos was born on March 26th 1963 i Montana. Catherine didn't do well at school and ended up working as a stripper and showgirl to support both herself and her unemployed boyfriend Eddie. After studying at night school to become a CSI Catherine went to work for the Las Vegas Crime Lab under the supervision of Gil Grissom, with whom she had a close friendship. Catherine has a daughter named Lyndsey with her Late former husband Eddie who she divorced sue to his infidelity. Eddie was was late shot and died from his injuries. During a murder invesitgation Catherine tested DNA found on some evidence against her own DNA only to find out that long time family freind and suspect in the case Sam Braun as her father. In season 9 Caterine was promoted to supervisor of the Graveyard shift following Gil Grissom's departure. Se was supervisor for 2 years until she was demoted following the fiasco with Ray Langston and Nate Haskell where Langston Killed Haskell and Catherine failed to supervise her team properly allowing Langston to enter a house alone with the crazed serial killer.
Nick Stokes (George Eads)
Nick Stokes as born in Dallas, Texas on February 11th 1971. The son of a Dallas judge and youngest of seven siblings Nick shone throughout school both academically and athletically. Nick joined the police department after leaving university and then wen on to join the Dallas crime lab. Realizing he couldn't shine in the shadow of his parents, Nik decided to move to Las Vegas, joining the Las Vegas police department and becoming a CSI. Nick is a friendly and empathatic person who makes friends with most people he meets he also has a reputation as something of a ladies man. Nick is an excellant and smart CSI but has the occasional tendancy to make professional misjugements. He had a breif affair ith a Las Vegas prostitute who got murdered and he was subsequently a suspect in the investigation into her death. He was also the victim of a stalker who almost killed him by throwing him out of the window of a house and was also burried alive by the father of a female convict who was incarcerated. In Season 10 Nick was promoted to Assistant Supervisor after Catherines lack of good leadership got her into trouble ith te undersherriff (Ecklie).
Sara Sidle (Jorja Fox)
Sara Sidle was born on Spetember 16th 1972 to ex hippie parents who ad an abusive relationship. Sara ended up in foster care as a child followig an incident where her father as stabbed to death by her mother. A science erd in school Sara went on to study at Harvard and then moved to San Fransisco where she worked at the coroners office. She then went on to become a CSI at the San Fransisco crime lab and while at a forensics academy convention she met Gil Grissom. Sara joined the Las Vegas crime lab in 2000 when she was asked to investigate the death of rookie CSI Holly Gribbs. Sara gets along well with the rest of the team but has at times had strained relationships with Catherine, Warrick and also Ecklie. Sara and Grissom embarked on a secret relationship whih was finally revealed to the rest of the team at the end of season 7 when Sara as abducted by the miniature killer and left under a car in the desert to die. Following this incident Sara fell into depression and suffered a complete burnout which prompted her to leave Las Vegas and Grissom while she dealt with the issues from her past and the ghosts which she had lived with throughout the years. Sara returned at the beginning of season 9 after Warrick brown was shot and killed by Under-sherriff Mckean she then left again leaving both Grissom and everyone esle uncertain as to the future of their relationship (her & Grissom). Sara and Grissom ere re-united again in season 9 after Grissom decided to leave the crome lab to be with Sara some time after that they got married. Sara returned once again to Las Vegas as a CSI in season 10 where she currently remains hile maintaining a long-distance relationship with her husband Gil Grissom.
Greg Sanders (Eric Szmanda)
Greg Sanders was born on May 5th in California. Greg always wanted to be a scientist and after gaining the necessary qualifications and several years experience within the lab he decided to train to be a CSI under the watchful eye of Grissom. An only child with overprotective parents who are unaware of him working as a CSI, Greg has been through a lot over the years having been almost killed twice both when he was a lab rat and also while he's been a CSI. Greg is a very friendly person who is friends with everyone on the team and in the lab he also as an eye for the ladies and as in the past used unconventional techniques in order to find his perfect woman.
Captain Jim Brass (Paul Guilfoyle)
Captain Jim Brass was born on January 3rd 1951. A seasoned homicide detective, he transferred to Las Vegas after he exposed several crooked cops in the New Jersey P.D. one of which was Mike O'Toole who was also having an affair with Brass's wife, Nancy. Brass to was no completely faithful within his marriage during his time with New Jersey P.D. he had an affair with fellow police officer Annie Kramer in the episode "Hollywood Brass" he is seen telling Kramer that his wife used his affair with her as a way out of their marriage but it was in fact his wife's affair with Mike O'Toole that broke up his marriage to Nancy. Brass has a daughter, Ellie with whom he has a very strained relationship. Although Ellie is not his biological daughter Brass loves and cares for Ellie deeply and has carried the secret of her real fathers identity (Mike O'Toole) around with him for many years. Brass has also been through the mill a few times having been suspected of shooting an acquaintance of his daughter Ellie's in the Episode Ellie and also being shot and almost dying in the episode "Way to Go". In the pilot episode Brass as the boss of the CSI Graveyard shift but was demoted and moved back to homicide after rookie CSI Holly Gribbs was shot while on duty at a crime scene. Brass is good friends with all the CSI's although he had a few clashes with Warrick Brown in the first few seasons of CSI.

Dr Albert Robbins (Robert David Hall)
Dr Albert Robbins as born on 19th January 1952. He is the coroner of the Las Vegas crime lab and he is married with three children. An only child born to a single mother Al or "Doc" as he is also known grew up being spurned by his peers and found solace in books and academic studies. His mother alays blamed the fact that he became a coroner on his spending a long time in the womb beside his dead twin before he was born. Al is a friendly, intelligent and family orientated person and is friends with everyone at the crime lab his closest friends being Gil Grissom and more recently Ray Langston. Al asn't impressed about Gil Grissom leaving the lab calling him crazy when he first found out about it and queerying as to whom he was running to or away from. Al breeds Jack Russell Terriers, likes playing scrabbe and is immensely proud that his family life has turned out to be as successful as it has been.
David Hodges (Wallace Langham)
David Hodges is the trace specialist. He lived with his mother until 2011 hen he finally moved out and got his own place. He has an annoying habit of sucking up to his superiors and often will try to get one over on the other members of staff at the lab not to mention the CSI's. He loves to gossip and has a fun, cocky but sensitive personality and he takes his job very seriously. He believes himself to be a genius and at times is thought of and treated as a pain in the backside by his co-workers and the CSI's. Hodges as in love with DNA tech Wendy Simms who left the crime lab in 2010 to ork as a CSI elsewhere.
